Pedagogical Model for Raising Students’ Readiness for the Transition to University 4.0

The study goal was to analyze the impact of using modern technologies and pedagogical innovations based on University 4.0 model educational process effectiveness, development professional competencies (in humanities engineering) skills in students (abstract-logical thinking, critical strategic imagination, creativity, motivation), learners’ readiness motivation shift 4.0. experiment conducted Al-Farabi Kazakh National among 464 undergraduate different academic years. All respondents were distributed into two groups, one which did not change training program (control group), other studied under grounded (experimental group). According results survey addressed both groups after ended, indicators for all parameters higher individuals experimental group. practical significance obtained further research prospects are possibility developed universities departments worldwide compare students’ transition program’s outcomes.
